There is currently a known bug in the DT3 bank that causes you to get stuck inside (exit doesn't work), we are aware of the problem and it should be fixed upon next restart. Until then please stay out of the downtown3 bank to avoid getting stuck.

Problem is resolved now, DT3 bank should be operating fine again (blame GMTwist)
